Frequently Ask Questions
- Beds are fully made with extra pillows and blankets in the closet.
- All cabins have a bathroom with a shower – towels, bar soap and toilet paper are all supplied. We do NOT supply shampoo, conditioner or lotion.
- All cabins have a full kitchen with coffee makers (filters provided), salt and pepper, dish soap and trash bags. This includes basic pots, pans, silverware and dishware.
- We do NOT provide coffee, foil, cooking oil, paper towels, plastic storage bags, etc.
- We have hair dryers, iron/ironing board, blender and hand mixer upon request.
- There are several charcoal grills, gas grills and gas fire pit on the property.
- We do NOT provide charcoal/lighter fluid for the charcoal grills.
- There is a wonderful firepit ring in the meadow. Firewood is NOT provided. Firewood can be purchased at the nearby gas station/market. Be aware that there may be a fire ban in place.
- There is a community hot tub centrally located in the pavilion area. Ages 14-18 years allowed with parent.
- There are picnic tables and chairs throughout the property.
- Fishing is allowed within the property boundaries, 4 limit per day, 8 in possession. You need a Colorado State fishing license.
- Every cabin has a furnace.
- The Colorado mountain climate does not necessitate air conditioning. There is a floor fan in each unit but we find opening the windows is the best method for cooling off.
- Free WiFi throughout the property. Depending on location some cabins have better speeds than others. WiFi speeds are not guaranteed.
- There is a coin laundry about a mile away in The Country Market shopping center.
- The Country Market is a small local market and there is a Safeway on the other side of town.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Should you cancel 30 days prior to your stay, you’ll forfeit a 1-night stay.
- If you cancel between 15-30 days, you will receive 50% of your deposit.
- Cancellations of 14 days or less will forfeit the entire deposit.
